Working by the law

Our store operates in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation №2300-1 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (hereinafter also the "Law"). The procedure for exchange and return of goods (hereinafter also referred to as "accessories") purchased in GettLucky store (VR Expo World LLC, hereinafter also referred to as "Seller") is determined by the Law.

Warranty period

The warranty period for our accessories is 30 days from the date of receipt by the customer.

The warranty does not apply to defects which occurred on the accessories through the fault of the purchaser. This includes the following:

— cases of improper use of accessories;

— independent (and/or by any third party) repair of the goods before the expiration of the thirty-day warranty period;

— defects caused by chemical effects on the goods;

— in cases of damage to accessories due to mechanical impact;

— of force majeure circumstances.

The Seller undertakes to accept the Buyer's claim for defects that occurred during the Warranty Period.

 

Non-returnable goods

We do not accept the return of goods made to individual parameters or dimensions. Exception - the presence of defects in the finished accessory, or improper workmanship.

Goods of proper quality purchased from the Seller exclusively for the following purposes shall not be subject to return.

Goods of proper quality purchased from the Seller solely for the purpose of their use in commercial (business) activities and/or any other similar activities aimed at making a profit, including through the purchase and use of these goods, and/or any other activities contributing to profit shall not be subject to return.

In particular, the goods of proper quality purchased from the Seller exclusively for the purpose of publishing photos of such goods in social networks, any other resources on the Internet, as well as various advertising catalogs and/or any other similar materials are not subject to return for commercial (business) and/or any other activities aimed at profit-making, as well as activities contributing in any other way to such profit-making.

 

Return goods without defects

Our customers can refuse the product at the time of receipt. In addition, it can also be returned after receipt, but only within the next 14 days (7 days in case of remote purchase).

In accordance with Art. 502 of the Civil Code, Articles 25 and 26.1 of the RF from 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" we accept for return / exchange accessories that have not been used, preserved their consumer properties, proper trade dress, seals, factory labels, as well as have a sales receipt or cash register receipt or other document confirming payment for goods (proof of purchase from the seller).

In case of return, the Seller undertakes to compensate the cost of goods. The cost of delivery from Seller to Buyer or from Buyer to Seller shall not be refunded, unless the goods have been sold with a defect.

 

Return of goods with defects, incomplete equipment

If an accessory bought in our store has a defect that appeared during the production phase, the Buyer may return the product within 30 days, or exchange it for an equivalent model. 

If we send you the wrong item by mistake, we will send you the one you ordered for free. We will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping of the wrong item.

If we send you an incomplete package by mistake, we will send you the missing items for free. 

Defects resulting from the use of the goods for their intended purpose may be grounds for return of the goods and compensation, provided that the Buyer has contacted the Seller within the warranty period.

Each case of return or exchange of goods is considered within ten working days. After consideration of the Buyer's claim, the Seller either returns the value of the goods or invites the Buyer to conduct an independent examination. The term for the examination and satisfaction of the customer's claim is established by the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

 

How to return a product  

Notify us of your intention to return the accessory you purchased during the Warranty Period. You can do this in two ways

Enclose a scanned copy of your ID card and a scanned copy of your cashier's check or invoice with your application.

Fabric Returns  

Please note!

In accordance with paragraph 4 of the List of non-food goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 № 2463 (hereinafter - the "List"), are not subject to exchange of appropriate quality textile goods (cotton, linen, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics, goods from nonwoven fabric type materials - ribbon, braid, lace, etc.) and other goods, which price is determined per unit length.

In accordance with paragraph 5 of the list are not subject to exchange the proper quality of clothing and knitwear (clothing and knitwear underwear, hosiery).
