COMMERCIAL LICENSE (Non-Exclusive)

You can

• Use for digital and on physical end products for sale where end product lifetime sales do not exceed 1,000 units.
• Use for printing on fabrics and wallpaper up to a total length of 15000m.
• Modify or reconfigure to suit end product requirements.
• Make unlimited physical and digital advertising for local shops.
• Use for one corporate or personal social media account owned by the licensee, with a link to www.gettlucky.ru and\or mention the Instagram account @gettlucky.pattern

You cannot

• The design of the pattern, its elements or part of the elements, modified or not, may not be resold as a digital end product.
• You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or transfer the source file to third parties in any way that allows others to download, extract or redistribute the pattern design or any part thereof.
• Misrepresent the authorship and/or ownership of a product
• Register trademarks for patterns or claim a copyright on a pattern or any part thereof.
• Cannot be used in applications and games
• Use the product in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, copyright infringing, illegal, offensive or defamatory materials
• Allow anyone other than the purchaser of the product to modify the final digital or physical product for commercial or non-commercial use. This applies to, but is not limited to, "print on demand", "made to order" or "download on demand" sites
• Any other use, which is not expressly permitted by the terms of the license, is strictly prohibited.

EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE (Non-Exclusive)

You can

• Use for personal and commercial projects.
• Use on physical end products for sale in multiple projects with rights to produce an unlimited number of units.
• Unlimited use for printing on fabrics and wallpaper or any surface.
• Modify or reconfigure to suit end product requirements.
• Use for unlimited physical advertising for local, national and global shops
• Can be used in applications and games
• Use for unlimited corporate or personal social media accounts owned by the licensee, with no link to www.gettlucky.ru and no mention of the Instagram account @gettlucky.pattern

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

• Sold on an exclusive, one-off basis to one licensee only.
• One-time payment for exclusive rights worldwide.
• All rights are transferred upon purchase.
• The pattern and its previews cease to exist on the website after the purchase is made.
